ABE stands for Automatic Bill Elimination,
It is this program that helps people eliminate

The first two bills ABE focuses
on for your benefit are:-

- your weekly home rental.
We do this by you becoming an ABE member
which makes you then an agent. This enables
you to refer people to the services and products
we provide.

Our main product is Home Loans and we
provide great incentives to you and the
people you refer.
The person who you are referring, should
be made aware that the home loan rates
that we offer them;
should be less or equal to what is on offer
to them by another lender. This way they can ascertain what
benefits them best.
When taking up a home loan through us
We will actually reward you for taking a loan
out through us and provide an ongoing monthly rebate
for the life of your loan.
How we help you eliminate your home mortgage
or home rental?
If you refer a person and they take out a
loan through us, you earn ongoing monthly
rebate rewards for the life of their loan.
Plus, if those people you referred, refer
others, you also gain further ongoing benefits
for the life of their loan.
This referral benefit is up to five levels and
gives you a great opportunity in eliminating
your mortgage or your rent.
For those who rent, this gives you a great
opportunity to purchase a house.
Affiliated Businesses
We also have affiliated businesses who want to
help you to reduce your home loan or rent, if
you purchase from them.
This also includes Phone, Internet & VOIP services,
This service also provides ongoing referral benefits that further
help you reduce you mortgage or monthly rental.
This benefit remains for as long as the person you
referred, keeps the service.
Referral benefits
To refer you must either have a loan through
us or be an ABE member, this allows you to be
an agency. Or you may like to take up a phone
and Internet package through our affiliated
businesses, who will subsidize your ABE
membership.
Five year projection
When taking out a loan through us,
we also provide you with a five year
projection so to help you keep on track.
These projections give you vital information
which:
- gives you a guideline and indicators
that assist you in knowing when you
can purchase another property, or
- forewarns you of possible
liquidity potential.
