By becoming a member of ABE you are able to refer those people to ABE who need a home loan. When their loan is approved you receive ongoing monthly commissions for the life of the loan. Plus you also receive further ongoing commissions for the new members and the loans they refer.

Loan adviser
You also have the opportunity of becoming an ABE loan adviser.
This means you:

  • help referrers gain home loans
  • Fill out loan applications
  • Provide relevant documents
  • & most of all keep the borrower informed

 

From this; you earn commissions and annual bonuses from the loans gained by those referrers that you helped. Plus you also earn ongoing monthly commissions for the life of the home loans you obtain. There are also other commissions and benefits you obtain from our other services.

Becoming a loan adviser can be a very rewarding and profitable career. Your work entails helping people achieve their home ownership dreams through your financial knowledge of the lending environment. There is, however, “more to it” than the casual observer realizes and it takes around a year in the industry before each person builds up a thorough knowledge of loans, lender policy, and the right loan structure to become a good loan adviser.
