• ABN for at least 2 years.
• Purpose - funds for Regulated and/or Unregulated purposes.
• Income - clients DO declare their income.
• Assets - clients DO declare their Assets and Liabilities.
• Servicing - needs to service at 1.25 NSR up to $600K, and 1.50 over $600K (unless LVR is 65% or less - then still only 1.25)
