Before you start eliminating your mortgage or rent, we provide you with a 5 year budget and projection that helps you to:
- manage your income and expenses
- identify liquidity problems
- make informed financial decisions.
To gain the personalised budget & projections you must either have a home loan through us or take out an initial 12 month membership in advance.
Step 3
Eliminating your mortgage or your weekly rent?
By becoming a member with ABE, you automatically become an agent.
As an agent you are able to promote any of the services or products that are registered with us.
Our main product is Home Loans.
Any benefits or commissions ABE obtains from any transactions you gain, are shared with you, the agent, and the originators of that group. A group has five levels.
Mortgage or rent elimination rewards are gained:
- For signing up new members who want to use our programs to reduce or eliminate their mortgage or rent.
- For signing up affiliated businesses who are prepared to participate in our debt elimination programs
- For signing up or referring home loans
- For signing up or referring others to our communication services
- By you purchasing from or using our affiliated businesses
- By you purchasing goods online through us.
Rewards last for as long as the member, the affiliated business, the home loan or communications are with ABE.

By Purchasing, refinancing or/ and referring your friends?
Purchasing or Refinancing
As a member you can obtain a home loan through us or refer your friends.
When you are refinancing or purchasing a home:
- we obtain competitive or better rates for you
- Or we confirm the rate on offer to you from outside sources is a fair rate.
Once you decide on your best option, it is then your choice with whom you obtain your loan from.
By you obtaining a home loan through us, you as the borrower, automatically earn monthly ongoing rebates for the life of your loan.
You also gain further monthly rewards that help you reduce or eliminate your mortgage by referring others to us.
These rewards:
- are gained once the person you have referred obtains a loan through us.
- and last for as long as the person you referred maintains their loan through us.
Renting
By you referring others who obtain a loan through us, you earn monthly rewards that help you eliminate or reduce your rent, for as long as the person you refer, maintains their loan throughs us. You can even accumulate these rewards as a deposit for your own home.
Surplus rewards
Once you eliminate your rent or mortgage, you then have the option of:
- ABE paying your household bills
- Gaining a deposit for a home
- Invest through ABE with other members to obtain a property share
The option is yours.

Once you obtain an ongoing monthly credit balance in your ABE account you can start using your account as you would a debit card, without any bank fees attached. This can only be used between other members and our affiliated businesses.
Charities, Community Services & Schools Sponsorship
By you and your supporters purchasing from our affiliated businesses, 5% of your purchase is donated to your local nominated charity or community service as sponsorship dollars– This offer does not include home loans, communications or products that you purchase online through us.
Cost to you
By becoming a member a $15 a month admin fee applies to manage your account.
You will quickly eliminate this fee.
We require three months in advances to activate membership - $45
Thereafter, payment of $15 a month is due on the 1st of the month
Direct debit or internet banking schedule to be set-up.
Payment must be automatic. We cannot afford to chase members for payment.
Once your rewards exceed $15 a month, direct debit or schedule can cease.
Budget & 5 year projection
When you obtain a home loan through us, we provide you with a budget & 5 year projection. All other members who require a budget & 5 year projection, must pay their membership 12 months in advance ($180).
